Official Rules – Giveaway Terms & Conditions

For promotions hosted on X (formerly Twitter).

1. Sponsor

   This giveaway is sponsored by @CardPurchaser. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp.

2. Eligibility

   Open to individuals 18 years of age or older who reside in the United States. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

   To enter, follow instructions in the giveaway post on X. One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

4. Multiple Accounts

   Anyone found using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible and all entries from those accounts will be disqualified. Creating multiple accounts solely to enter can result in suspension of all related accounts under X’s Rules.

5. Entry Period

   Entries must be received between the time of the giveaway posting and the date and time specified as the end date of the giveaway. Late entries will not be considered.

6. Prize

   Prizes are referenced and pictured in the giveaway posts. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

7. Taxes

   Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the prize. Sponsor will not withhold or pay any taxes on behalf of the winner.

8. Winner Selection

   Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified via reply to the giveaway within 24 hours and must respond within 7 days or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.

9. Hashtags & Content

   Any required hashtag or actions must be relevant to the giveaway. Do not add the hashtag or spam unrelated posts.

10. No Purchase Necessary

    No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Do not use X’s paid features (Subscriptions, Tips, etc.) as an entry method.

11. General

    By entering, you agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, late or lost entries, or entries filtered by X’s systems. Entrants must comply with the X Rules. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that violates these rules or X’s policies.

12. Release of Claims

    By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless X Corp., the Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

13. Laws

    This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor, and not X, is solely responsible for compliance.
